- Instagram is a free photo sharing app and social network. It's an easy way to share your world with friends and followers. The Sticky9 team thought it might be fun to bring digital Instagram content to life. And it is!
- I like this idea! How do I get started?
- It's easy! Come to sticky9.com and log in to the site with your Instagram details. Select the product you want to create then choose your photos. Once you've checked out, we'll do the rest. When your order is ready, we'll ship it to you – anywhere in the world.
- I've had a great Sticky9 idea! Can I tell you about it?
- Sure! We love it when you get in touch. Talk to us at [email protected]. Show us your Sticky9 magnet displays, show us the phone case you made or tell us about a DIY project you've created with your magnets. Whatever – drop us a line!
- Do you ever run special offers?
- We do! Every now and again we give our customers discount codes to use on the site. To get in on the action, join us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. You don't want to miss a thing!

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept PayPal and all other major credit cards.
- But I live in Timbuktu. Can I order from Sticky9?
- Yes, of course! We ship anywhere in the world.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- We get to work on your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If you select our free, standard shipping option, you'll receive your Sticky9 parcel within 14 days.
If you add Premium Shipping to your basket your magnets will arrive within 5 days. At the moment, Premium Shipping is available on magnet orders only.
- My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
- It can take up to 14 days for your package to arrive. If more than 14 days have gone by, please get in touch with our customer support team at [email protected].
- Can I track my order?
- Our free, standard shipping option doesn't come with a tracking feature but if you have added Premium Shipping to your basket, you'll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel's journey online.
Product creation puzzlers
- I'd like to use photos that aren't on my Instagram feed. Can I do that?
- YES YOU CAN! Tis true we love Instagram so much we built our business around it, but now we’ve listened to your feedback and ta-daaa you can now print from your desktop and camera roll!
- I want to print photos that I don't really want to share with my Instagram followers. Any tips?
- We've heard that some customers open private Instagram accounts specially for creating their Sticky9 orders. Give it a whirl!
- I want to make a gift for my friend using their Instagram photos. Can I do that?
Yes! Providing your friend follows you on Instagram and their profile is 'Public', you can use your friend's photos to create a special Sticky9 gift. We know you don't want to spoil the surprise, but best check your buddy is cool with you printing their pics first.
Click the 'followers' tab in the studio. Just choose your friend's profile from the list to load their feed. You can even create your gift using a mixture of their photos and yours!
If your friend's Instagram profile is set to 'Private', you'll both need to be following each other before you can create products using photos from their feed.

- Don't worry! Just follow these steps…

- Log out of instagram.com
- Log IN to instagram.com using the details of the account you want to use
- Log in to sticky9.com using the details of the account you want to use

- How can I print from my desktop or camera roll?
- Easy peasy! Once you select the product you want to create you will get the option to either connect to Instagram or access the photos on your desktop or camera roll. Just take your pick and voila your photos will appear. Don’t worry, you can flip between options whenever you like. Select your favourite snaps and we’ll do the rest.
- Magnet wall frame? How does THAT work?
- Alas, you will still need a hammer. The frame itself comes with everything you need to get it on the wall using good old-fashioned hanging brackets. But, inside the magic happens with a lightweight magnetic sheet for you to mount your 9 classic large magnets on to.
- Can I order a magnet wall frame without magnets?
- Nope. We like to give our customers a little something extra which is why you get to create a set of 9 classic large magnets when you order your frame.
- How do I change the magnets in the wall frame?
- Easy - just gently lift them out using your thumb and forefinger positioned at opposite sides of the magnet.
